5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on the 98jili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment channels currently listed and approved within the platform cashier, and all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. 98jili does not accept third-party deposits — funds sent from an account or payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned where possible, and repeated attempts may trigger an account review. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and will be sent only to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. 6. Limitation of Liability

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, 98jili reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account balance. Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Players are reminded that gambling involves risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
98jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless the nature of the suspected activity requires immediate action without prior notice. Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team; voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method subject to standard verification checks. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to affected players via their registered contact information. Re-registration after a permanent closure for breach of terms is not permitted without express written authorisation from 98jili.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 98jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical interface, game presentations, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 98jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 98jili. Unauthorised use of the 98jili name, logo, or any platform assets for any commercial or promotional purpose is strictly prohibited.
